Are you open for business?
I went into one of the local coffee shops in my area to get
a cup of coffee and a muffin.
I noticed that there wasn’t a greeting from the staff. It didn’t feel all that accommodating this particular morning .
To top it all off they were out of my favorite Hazelnut creamer!
That’s a no no.
You know you go into a restaurant with a preconceived taste that you were looking for and find out they were out of one of the ingredients?
So to me they were not prepared to do business that day.
They were not open for business.
So I take this as a lesson.
No matter what business you run you need to be open. You need to make
sure that you have what you need in stock or you are doing what’s necessary
to service your clients daily.
It also goes for online businesses as well. It’s a little different when it comes to
online though.
The need to have things in stock is not necessary, it’s more about your process.
Is your process of servicing your clients done right?
Is your lead capture page setup right..
Is your follow up system setup right because online you can be forgotten quickly!
